No. Clients access their portal via a unique link - no sign-up, no password, no friction. They can also request a magic link via email for easy re-access.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. On Starter and Pro plans, you can set your brand color, upload your logo, and write a custom welcome message. On Pro, you can remove ClientDone branding entirely.
How does file storage work?
Files are stored on Cloudflare R2, a fast global CDN. We auto-generate 3 versions of every image: a thumbnail, a watermarked preview, and the full-resolution original. Storage limits depend on your plan.
What happens when my client approves everything?
You get an instant email notification. The project status updates automatically. If you've set a thank-you message, your client sees it with a confetti celebration.
Can multiple people review the same gallery?
Yes. You can share separate links with the client, family members, and vendors. Each person's selections and comments are tracked independently.
